To apply, you can either complete this online application form or print it out and mail it to 6 Lois Court, Ann Arbor MI, 48103, with your deposit. All first-time applicants are required to send a link to a YouTube or other posting of your playing, or to set up an in-person audition/interview in Ann Arbor. Please note below which you will be doing. If neither is possible, a recording (CD or DVD) may be sent but must be received no later than Friday, April 2, 2010.
